  • Revbook Technologies Private Limited will be referred to as “We”, “Us”, “Our”. For any non-registered individual or corporate body, registered user of the App, including but not limited to users of services provided by Mera Sunaar, will be referred to as “You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”, or “User”. “Mera Sunaar App” pertains to the mobile application(s) that is hosted by Mera Sunaar in order to provide its services to its users, including its business partners and service providers. Additionally, this includes any and all Services where Mera Sunaar acts as an Intermediary.
  • The scope of Mera Sunaar Services encompasses all services offered, including but not restricted to investing in gold or other similar investment options. The term Business Partners pertains to any legally defined individual or group, with whom Mera Sunaar has a contractual agreement, not just limited to clients, advertisers or financial institutions.
  • When using the Service and Mera Sunaar App, you certify your qualification by:
  • 1) Only individuals who have surpassed the age of 17 may proceed 2) You possess the necessary qualifications to formally agree and sign a contract. 3) You hold the necessary entitlements, governance, and potential to participate in this agreement, fully adhering to the terms of use. 4) You are representing your true identity and have not misidentified your age or partnership with any individuals or entities.
  • Mera Sunaar has the authority to cancel your usage agreement if any of the conditions mentioned above are misrepresented. It is confirmed that the information and details of the official valid document(s) OVD provided by you are accurate.
  • As a user of this App, you guarantee that you possess the legal capacity to buy and sell Gold and utilize this Platform. Additionally, you are capable of complying with these Terms and Conditions. This assumption will be upheld continuously.
  • 7) When using the App, it is necessary for you to acknowledge that you are not currently registered under the relevant Goods and Services Tax Act of 2017. Additionally, you are required to notify any Business Partner associated with our App promptly if your registration status changes whilst using the App.
  • It is recommended that you pursue separate advice from tax professionals if needed; this agreement does not serve as tax guidance for you.
  • Enrollment
  • To access the Services, it is mandatory to register on the Mera Sunaar App/Platform with precise and full details. It is further necessary to maintain and constantly update your accounts, KYC particulars, and contact information at all times. Once you complete the sign-up process on the App, you are eligible for a Mera Sunaar Account.
  • Upon completing your registration, you may be prompted to provide supplementary details to gain access to specific amenities. This process may also entail establishing sub-accounts in order to utilize said services.
  • Mera Sunaar offers the creation of an account, known as Mera Sunaar Account, when you sign-up to access their Services. This account grants you access to their App, Service browsing, and payment options through UPI, debit, credit or net banking (collectively known as 'Payment Gateway Services') for investment purchases of Gold. Additionally, the Company may request additional information on a need-to-know basis.
  • By accessing your Mera Sunaar Account, you can explore various services available on the platform. However, to take advantage of these services, you may be required to register separately and provide additional information in accordance with the Terms of Use for each product or service.
  • 4) The App enables you to distribute and manage the Know Your Customer KYC particulars and data for underwriting objectives related to other financial and non-financial services at hand. 5) You also consent to the suitable Privacy Policy of Finternet Entity.
  • To access the Services, it is necessary to have a compatible device such as a mobile phone or internet-enabled device. The requirements for accessing the app and website may vary from time to time. 6) The purchase of Gold is permitted through the partnership between the Company and Augmont Gold.
  • 7) You are authorized to utilize the App/Platform to take advantage of the Services provided by the Company under a restricted, non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license. 8) The Platform Services accessible to You shall comprise, without restriction, (a) serving to buy and sell Gold; and (b) keeping Your financial transactions and personal information confidential and protected.
  • Prior to requesting Services and initiating an order, the User may need to furnish specific KYC documentation and other relevant information to the Business Partner (currently Augmont, with occasional updates). The information must be presented in a manner that the Business Partner considers appropriate.
  • 10) You may be asked for this information when registering, or later on if certain events occur, in order to deter fraudulent activity. These events include cancelling a Gold purchase or requesting delivery of your Customer Gold. 11) To perform KYC verification, Your PAN Card will be used as a reference.
  • To complete the process, please provide a legible photograph of your PAN Card, unless you have supplied us with an e-PAN. Our verification process includes cross-checking your details with the issuing authority's database and using Digilocker. If you do not possess a PAN Card, form 60 may be submitted to us as an alternative.
  • Augmont has specified that all Services relating to buying, selling or transferring Gold through their platform are subject to their unique terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be found on the official website https://www.augmont.com/terms-conditions, and are managed and operated by Gold India Private Limited. It is also important to note that initially, only Digital Gold can be purchased through pre-payment, with a 3% GST being applicable to all purchases made.
  • Acquiring gold weighing less than 29.999 gms does not necessitate undergoing the KYC process. However, it is imperative to note that the purchased gold cannot be traded for 48 hours from the time of purchase.

As such, any Gold purchases made through the App are your sole responsibility.
  • The Company cannot be held accountable for any potential harm or monetary loss that may occur as a result of utilizing this App/Platform or making investments through it in connection with these Terms of Use.
  • By utilizing the App/Platform and accessing the Services, you acknowledge that they are intended for your personal use. In doing so, you agree not to disclose any Gold prices, descriptions of Gold, or any other information displayed on the Platform via another medium.
  • As a user, You shall not engage in any activities that involve duplicating, vending, sharing, airing, changing, transmitting, licensing, developing derivatives from, transferring, or exploiting any component of the materials, content, information or services provided by or via the App/Platform. However, You may download the App solely for Your personal, non-commercial and internal use.
  • As a user of the App/Platform, you are acknowledging that you will refrain from causing harm or hindering other users' experience on the Platform by engaging in any damaging activities. Additionally, you must also agree to preserve all copyright and proprietary notices found within content downloaded from the App/Platform.
  • Acquiring an order
  • 2) Augmont will be notified by the Platform once you have placed an order for Gold and confirmed the purchase transaction through pre-payment. Additionally, by agreeing to the Terms of Use, you are able to initiate the process.
  • 2) Augmont will issue an invoice to You within 3 (three) business days of receiving payments and accepting the necessary KYC information, if applicable. The invoice will confirm Your Customer Order in a way deemed appropriate by Augmont.
  • The Company and/or Augmont hold the right to accept or deny any User based on their sole discretion, regardless of any contradicting clauses mentioned in the Terms and Conditions. If a User is rejected, their money will be refunded.
  • If you place a Customer Order, you cannot cancel it, except if payment fails for any reason, which results in the cancellation of the order.
  • The decision to cancel a Customer Order lies solely with the Platform and/or Augmont. They have the right to do so if they deem the information provided by You before placing the order as unsatisfactory. The Platform and/or Augmont may feel that You do not meet the eligibility criteria for buying Gold from Augmont.
  • 5) If Mera Sunaar/Augmont rejects any of your customer orders despite receiving payments, you will receive a refund in compliance with the Terms of Use and Augmont's relevant terms and conditions. 6) The amount of gold that you bought will be kept in a vault by the custodian in your name.
  • Your consent is given to Augmont for the secure storage of any physical gold products you purchase via the Customer Order. Examples of such products include bullion, coins or jewellery. This storage will be carried out by the Custodian on your behalf, and the gold will be kept in a highly secure vault. The amount of gold to be stored will be determined based on your purchases.
  • 7) Once the physical gold that matches your customer order is stored in the vault with the Custodian as per Augmont's terms and conditions, ownership and completion of purchase will be confirmed. This is in compliance with relevant laws.
  • 8) Augmont may allocate perpetual or temporary storage for your Customer Gold at its own discretion. The length of the temporary storage period will be specified by Augmont on the Platform and communicated to Customers.
  • 9) To ensure the safety of the Customer Gold held by the Custodian, insurance policies have been acquired. These policies adhere to worldwide industry standards and offer coverage for fire, lightning, theft, cyclones, earthquakes, floods, and other possible events. However, if a situation arises that is not covered by the policies, the Customer Gold may be in jeopardy.
  • Losses stemming from incidents like warfare, revolution, abandoned weapons of war, nuclear radiation, and the like are not covered.
  • If any expenses or charges are still owed to Intermediaries, or for any other reason, until Your Customer Orders are actually delivered or fulfilled, and if Augmont is unable to handle these requests due to any default on their part, which could negatively impact or endanger the fulfilment of Your Customer Orders, then the specifics of this will be outlined in Augmont's terms and conditions.
  • Policy on Prices and Payments
  • The price displayed on the App/Platform, unless otherwise specified, reflects the market value of Gold as reported by Augmont. This market value is based on the cost of gold in the commercial bullion industry in India, referred to as market linked prices.
  • As a buyer, it's important to note that the gold prices on our Platform may not always match those of other bullion markets. We advise you to do your research and compare prices before making any purchases. Ultimately, the decision is yours to make.
  • Despite what was previously mentioned, it is important to note that the prices for our products may change several times throughout any given day. As a result, when making a purchase, the amount you owe may depend on what prices were displayed at the time of the transaction. In terms of payment, we accept various methods through our App/ Platform, which could potentially involve redirecting you to third-party payment portals or utilizing UPI applications.
  • When buying, selling, or transferring Gold, taxes will be charged in accordance with the government's regulations.   • Gold Delivery
  • In order to receive your delivery, Company and Augmont may require you to furnish a valid address along with any other specified documents, information or biometric identification. This criterion must be adhered to strictly, as specified on the Platform.
  • Augmont will determine a specific period for storage on the Platform, which will be communicated to You. Should You fail to provide a valid address within this maximum storage period, the Platform and/or Augmont will, at its sole discretion, try contacting You through the contact details provided within a year after the maximum storage period's expiry. The attempt will be to obtain either (i) an address to where You want the gold to be delivered or (ii) Your bank account information for depositing the Gold sale proceeds.
  • If Platform and/or Augmont fails to get in touch with You even during the extended period using the contact details You have provided, Augmont can buy your Customer Gold at the prevailing price displayed on the Platform. This is governed by the relevant terms and conditions set forth by Augmont.
  • Our policy regarding returning an item, getting a refund, or cancelling an order.
  • 1) Coupons or discounts provided by us or any authorized third party on the Platform or any other website, used to purchase Gold, will be checked and applied within seven days of use. 2) No set time period is required to keep your investment locked in place.

This content is intended for your personal, non-commercial use when browsing the website.

Moreover, if Mera Sunaar suffers any losses, including but not limited to monetary losses due to your actions, then we have the right to take legal actions, including injunctive relief as deemed necessary. It is important to understand that Mera Sunaar will not be held responsible for any loss suffered by you as a result of such termination.
  • Liability Restriction
  • You are solely responsible for all financial and non-financial transactions that take place on the Platform, either directly or through your authorization.
  • Mera Sunaar shall not be held responsible for any collateral, consequential, coincidental, extraordinary, or retaliatory losses, comprising but not limited to income loss or reduction, stoppage of trade, missed business prospects, data loss or forfeit of other pecuniary assets, regardless of the circumstances leading to these harms of service use or inability to use our Services. All liability is waived, irrespective of whether the damage was caused by contract violation, negligence, offense, warranty or otherwise.
